Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the PARAM platform (6361001039).

Under this policy:

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order / subscription / service request. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the service has already been activated, processed, configured, or delivered to the customer.

6361001039 does not accept cancellation requests for services that have already been started, including but not limited to:

  • PARAM software activation
  • PARAM subscription plans
  • Marketing / lead generation services
  • Data entry / configuration work
  • Custom development / customization
  • Training / onboarding sessions
  • Any service already delivered or in progress

However, refund / correction may be considered if the user establishes that the service was not delivered as promised.

In case of technical issues, billing errors, or service problems, please report the issue to our customer support team. The request will be reviewed after verification from our technical / service team, and an appropriate decision will be taken.

All complaints must be reported within 7 days of service activation / payment / delivery.

If the customer feels that the service provided is not as described on the website or as agreed, the customer must inform our support team within 7 days, after which the request may not be considered.

In case of complaints regarding third-party services, integrations, SMS, WhatsApp, payment gateway, hosting, or external providers, the issue must be resolved with the respective provider. 6361001039 will provide support but will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party services.

If any refund is approved by 6361001039, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

6361001039 reserves the right to refuse refund requests if misuse, policy violation, or fraudulent activity is detected.
